Hi, I’m Luuly. My purpose is to shine a light on causes that lead to transformation. Like a treasure hunter, I love helping purpose-driven causes unearth their story and unique attributes to build powerful brands that motivate, mobilize, and compel change.

10 years ago my career started as a designer at Guthy-Renker, leading the international department for a billion-dollar direct-response beauty company with brands such as Proactiv, Meaningful Beauty Cindy Crawford, Wen Hair Care and more.

My dream opportunity came when I was recruited to be Lead Designer at a nonprofit, Better Eating International, an organization promoting vegan education through digital advertising and animated videos. Our ads reached over 2 million people. My collaboration with the team continued at Expanded Circle Collective where we helped mission-driven organizations and businesses across a variety of sectors with creative tools to advance their mission.

Through working together, I discovered many mission-driven companies have overlapping causes, failing to define qualities that differentiate them, and lacking consistency resulting in lack of reach and revenue.

It is a mistake to think statistics and program details are what motivate supporters. Our message must speak to the hearts of our audience at every touchpoint and a strong brand reputation is the bridge that forms an emotional connection inviting them to listen.

Great branding is paramount to achieving mission success by building a stronger foundation and strategic direction towards your goals, help distinguish your organization from thousands of others, identify gaps in the marketplace that help serve your audience better, make people proud to be a part of your mission as they emotionally relate to your why.
